- Select Settings
- Click Billing in the left navigation

AI Credits
Kasava uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features like chat, code analysis, and document generation.How Credits Work

Credit Balance
The Credit Balance card on your Billing page shows:- Current balance - Credits available to use
- Monthly allocation - Credits included with your plan
- Credit sources - Breakdown by source (subscription, purchased, promotional)
Buying Additional Credits
Need more credits? Purchase refill packs with volume bonuses:| Amount | Credits | Effective Rate |

Auto-Refill (Pro and Enterprise)
Ensure you never run out of credits by enabling automatic refills:
Auto-refill is only available on Professional and Enterprise plans. A valid payment method is required.
Free Trial
New users can start a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan:Trial Details
- Duration: 14 days from activation
- Access: Full Professional plan features
- No card required: Start your trial without entering payment details
- Cancel anytime: No obligation to continue after the trial
Free trials are one-time per organization. After your trial ends, you’ll need to subscribe to continue using paid features.
Current Plan
When you have an active subscription, the Billing page displays:Plan Card
Shows your current plan name and monthly cost per seat.Status Card
Displays whether your subscription is:- Active - Subscription in good standing
- Trial - Currently in a free trial period
- Cancellation pending - Set to cancel at period end
Billing Card
Shows your next payment date and whether auto-renewal is enabled.
Usage Metrics

Subscription Management
Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click on a lower-tier plan
- Confirm the downgrade
Managing Your Subscription
Click Manage Subscription in the Payment Methods section to:- Update your payment method
- View billing history
- Download invoices
- Cancel subscription
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel:- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription in Payment Methods
- In the Stripe portal, click Cancel subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- You retain access until the current billing period ends
- Your data is preserved
- You can resubscribe anytime
Limits and Overages
What Happens at Limits
When you reach plan limits:| Resource | Behavior |

Free Plan Quotas
Free plan users have monthly quotas for AI features:| Feature | Monthly Limit |

When you exceed a quota on the Free plan, that feature is blocked until the next monthly reset. Upgrade to Professional for unlimited access to all AI features.

Check that your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method or contact your bank.
Credits not appearing after purchase
Credits not appearing after purchase
Credit purchases may take a few moments to process. Refresh the Billing page. If credits don’t appear within 5 minutes, contact support@kasava.io.
Cannot access features after upgrade
Cannot access features after upgrade
Try signing out and back in, or refresh the page. Feature access should update immediately after upgrade confirmation.
Need a refund
Need a refund
Contact support@kasava.io within 30 days of charge. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
